  Richard W. Ervin, IV, Esquire, is a graduate of Florida State University where he earned his bachelor’s degree in political science and a master’s in business administration with a concentration in finance, and achieved honors on the Dean’s List. Richard earned another bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Florida where he excelled academically, gaining admission into Golden Key Honor Society- the world’s largest collegiate honor society. While a student at FSU, Richard interned for Rep. Barry Silver in the Florida House of Representatives, volunteered on his professor’s mayoral campaign, and was an active member of Sigma Pi fraternity. Prior to attending law school, Richard pursued a career in banking and finance, working as a financial analyst for Branch Banking and Trust and a financial planner with American Express Financial Advisors. Richard earned his law degree from Nova Law School where he was a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. Robin S. Trupp has 30-plus years of experience in litigation with an emphasis on transactional facets of commercial litigation, bankruptcy and creditors rights, real estate law and employment law. He also has represented clients with needs related to aviation law, securities and antitrust issues, insurance and tort matters, and intellectual property issues. Representing companies throughout Florida and across the United States, Mr. Trupp’s diverse client list includes lenders and creditors involved in lender liability defense, manufacturers in products defects cases, and businesses in non-compete and antitrust disputes. Mr. Trupp has also developed niche experience in equine law. He frequently oversees the transfer and ownership of horses, as well as interests in horses, and matters impacting the industry. Mr. Trupp received his BA from the University of South Florida, and his MBA and JD from Tulane University. Mr. Trupp is a native of Tampa and an active member of the community. He is a member of the Pinellas County Horse Show Association (and a former member of the Board of Directors), the Central Florida Hunter Jumper Association, and the Plant High Rowing Association.
